Star Spotting
Friday night Ahni & Chris will be hosting the next acro class/jam at Laughing Frog. We are calling this “Star Spotting” as we are going to focus our attention on star variations and spotting. Star poses will start the class so that we can all gain further success and deepen our star practice. We will follow with intermediate transitions to challenge us and finally serve up some advanced transitions to inspire all of us. We have a couple of fun games to start the class, will then procede through a series of progressive exercises devoted to expanding your understanding of stars. Following the class at 9 there will be an open jam until around 10:30. Cost is $15. We hope you can come!
